Return conditions

RETURN CONDITIONS FOR GOOD QUALITY (NON-DEFECTIVE) GOODS:

1. If the goods you purchased did not fit, you can return them within 14 calendar days of their delivery/collection.

2. Returned goods must be returned with original labels, protective bags and original, undamaged packaging, and must not be worn, damaged or otherwise used. The customer who returns the item is responsible for the shipping costs of quality goods.

3. Before returning the item, please inform the customer service department by e-mail: hello @insanefits.com , indicating "Return" in the subject line and the order number of the product and the desired return method - by courier or parcel machine. We will send you the data necessary for returning the product within 24 hours.

4. After sending the returned goods, please send us a copy of the return confirmation document - the receipt with the shipment number.

5. Refunds are made using the same payment method that the Customer used to complete the transaction. Refunds for goods are made within 7 business days from the date the goods arrive at the address specified by UAB Insanefits .

6. UAB Insanefits is not responsible for parcels that were sent with an incorrect address or phone number.

RETURN CONDITIONS FOR DEFECTIVE GOODS:

1. Customers have the right to claim from the seller, at their own discretion, if a product of inadequate quality has been purchased, or to claim UAB Insanefits :

- replace a defective product with a product of suitable quality;

- reduce the price of the product;

- return the money paid and unilaterally terminate the contract.

2. The customer must deliver the goods they wish to return by courier or parcel machine. The costs for returning defective goods will be reimbursed by UAB Insanefits .

3. UAB Insanefits undertakes to refund money for goods of inadequate quality if the inadequate quality of the goods is manifested by a manufacturing defect.

4. The money is returned to the customer by transferring it to the bank account from which the order was made at the time of purchase of the product.

5. If the product received is of poor quality or the product received is not the product that the customer ordered, after sending the returned product, the customer service department must be immediately informed by e-mail: hello @insanefits.com about the postage costs incurred in connection with the return of the product, by sending a scanned or photographed postage receipt by e-mail.
