Ultra-branched chain cyclic dextrin, amino acids (from grass-fed whey protein), branched chain amino acid (BCAA) complex (2:1:1), L-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate (AAKG) (1:1), citrulline malate, lemon flavor, taurine, sodium chloride, potassium chloride, acidity regulator (citric acid), magnesium bisglycinate, sweeteners: sucralose, steviol glycosides.

Consumption

Mix 2 scoops (60 g) with 500 ml of water.
Take at the beginning of a workout, during it, or after very intense, prolonged physical exercise.
The supplement can also be taken before physical activity.
